‘Thrive’, Massive Public Installation By Artist Daniel Popper
Daniel Popper is a Cape Town-based artist who is well known for his incredible installations that are in the public and the stage designs in music festivals. And one of his latest and incredible creations is the ‘Thrive’ that is in Fort Lauderdale in Florida.
This new work is installed at Society Las Olas and is a permanent one. The figure that rips open its chest is very big, it weighs about 14 tons and is tall more than 30 ft. And through the ripped chest, people can walk through, and inside it has a beautiful fern green in color. His installation Modem Swamp had tower the Modem Festival, Croatia in 2019.
